Delivery areas

We currently deliver throughout mainland France (excluding Corsica). For deliveries to Europe or internationally, please contact us directly.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery area. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before payment.

Free delivery in mainland France from 36 bottles ordered.

Packaging

Our wines are shipped in packaging specially designed for bottle transport, ensuring optimal protection during transit. The available formats are:

• Case of 6 or 12 bottles (75cl)
• Magnum (150cl) : reinforced individual packaging
• Jeroboam (300cl) : reinforced individual packaging

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in mainland France, depending on your location.

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

During summer periods (June to September), shipments may be suspended or adjusted in case of extreme heat to preserve the quality of your wines.

Collection at the estate

You can also collect your order directly from the estate, free of charge. Select the "Estate collection" option at checkout.

Collection is available during cellar opening hours:

• Mon – Fri : 9am–12pm / 1pm–6pm
• Sat (Sep–May) : 10am–12pm / 2pm–6pm
• Sat (Jun–Aug) : 10am–12pm / 2pm–7pm

Return policy

In case of breakage or defect upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and affected bottles. We will arrange replacement or refund of damaged products.
