A blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, Les Auréliens Rouge is an elegant wine from organic farming. Classic winemaking with optimal ripeness and moderate pumping-over produces a fine, fruit-forward extraction. Ageing in barrels, large oak casks and tanks preserves the wine's suppleness. Aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant, spiced notes of morello cherries and a lovely length on the palate. An elegant wine that pairs beautifully with poultry and Mediterranean cuisine.
