A subtle blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, Vermentino, Ugni Blanc and Grenache Blanc, Les Auréliens Blanc offers remarkable complexity. Fermentation is split between barrels, large oak casks and stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing on fine lees for roundness and depth. On the nose, varied aromas of hazelnut, exotic fruits and citrus. On the palate, volume, freshness and roundness combine for a remarkable balance. An organic white, with a yield of 35 to 45 hl/ha.
