Made from organically grown Merlot, this sunny wine is generous and full-bodied. Classic winemaking, optimal ripeness, moderate pumping-over, reveals ripe, indulgent fruit. Ageing in barrels, large oak casks and tanks for the suppler portion brings structure and roundness. A full, open wine with notes of morello cherries and blackcurrant buds, with a yield of 25 to 50 hl/ha. An ideal companion for red meats and sauce-based dishes.
