Viognier Sainte Fleur Bio

Made from Viognier grown organically, Sainte Fleur is an expressive, aromatic white with a controlled yield of 25 to 35 hl/ha. Vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity, then aged on fine lees, it develops an intense nose of apricot, honeysuckle and lavender honey. On the palate, peach aromas reveal the grape variety's true character. A beautiful dynamic balance between aromatic richness and minerality. Ideal with exotic cuisine or citrus-based and spiced dishes.
